SYKES and Sony PlayStation attended the annual European Contact Centre and Customer service awards event at the end of November, where we had partnered to enter the category “Best Large Outsourcing Partnership”.
This is a very prestigious category and the level of competition across Europe was intense and of the highest quality.
PlayStation and SYKES have worked closely together over the last few years to forge a great working relationship and create a customer support model that’s fine-tuned to help gamers across the EMEA region and beyond.
At the awards event we were awarded Bronze for Best Large Outsourcing Partnership, which is a great achievement in our first entry. Immensely proud of the great teamwork and partnership that made this award possible!
