Why should I consider a home-based agent team for customer service? What are the advantages?

OneTEAM is the enabling technology platform we use in home-based programmes. Developed internally, agents use this to raise their hand, ask questions, change status and many other things. From a management perspective, the platform tells managers whether their team members are in a call or chat and displays the key information necessary for effective management and reporting.
